Delivery and Returns

We are still dispatching as quickly as possible, but please be aware some of our delivery partners may be affected by staff absence at this difficult time, which could cause delays to you receiving your order.

Delivery Costs

Free delivery for orders of over £45 to UK mainland.

For orders under £45 there is a delivery cost of £4.50

With the exception of bespoke items we will attempt to deliver all items within 3-5 working days of receiving payment. We will inform you if there is a delay and you will be offered a refund.

When ordering a bespoke item we discuss and agree with you a timeframe for completing the work and delivery.

Returns

Changed your mind? 

If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable. Please return the item together with your returns slip within 30 days of receipt and we will process the refund/exchange within 72 hours.

Damaged item?

Call us first! If your item is faulty, damaged or not as expected, write to us at office.serbach@gmail.com or call us on 01248 751454 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm), and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue.  We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance).  If you do need to return the product in this instance, we will refund the postage charge.

If you need to contact us about anything at all, please call our customer service team on 01248 751454, or email us on office.serbach@gmail.com Please note our office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm GMT.

Do you have a physical shop?

We only sell online to members of the public. We do have a small display in our nursery reception but this is not open to members of the public as it would breach the Terms of our Registration, the rule applies to safeguard the children that attend our nursery and we will never make exceptions so please don’t ask. Nursery customers are welcome to browse.

We can offer a click and collect service from the nursery after 6pm and on weekends by prior arrangement. Occasionally we will hold pop up shops at weekends on the nursery premises on Anglesey and we hope you will see us in local Christmas markets if it is possible.

What are your delivery charges?

When will I receive my order?  

We aim to get your order to you within 2-3 working days of being dispatched. All orders are shipped from the UK.

Can I add an item or change my order after I have placed it?

Once you have received an order confirmation from us, your order will have been inputted into our back office system and can no longer be amended through the website.  If you do wish to amend your order please contact us, and as long as your order hasn’t been sent to dispatch we can update your order for you. Please note: we cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been placed as it may be already processed.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

Please contact us on 01248 751454 Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

I have received my order but something is missing or damaged, what should I do?

I do not like an item I have purchased, can I return it?

We hope that you love every single item that you purchase from us. Who are Siop Sêr Bach?

Siop Sêr Bach is a sister company to Meithrinfa Sêr Bach our day care nursery which was established in 2014.  Born from a love of children and toys the shop was the idea of a group of motivated, knowledgeable and creative childcare professionals in the midst of the long winter and a global pandemic. The toys we sell are all played with by the children who attend our nursery so we can be sure of their play value. Based on Anglesey in North Wales we want to being the personal into online shopping and help families to make memories and traditions. I think we have all learnt in the past year how important the simple things are!

Is Sêr Bach COVID-19 safe?

Yes. Protecting and promoting worker safety and the safety of the children who use our day care facility daily is our top priority at all times. 

We have created a Safety Action Plan that includes a range of specific policies and procedures designed to protect the health, safety and welfare of staff and others affected by our work activity.
